By now, you either have your pair of Air Jordan 11 “Concords” in your hands…or you don’t. The iconic MJs were released to the public at midnight today and, as expected, they were swallowed up almost immediately. I could have put this post together a year ago and told you that. The AJ 11 “Concords” arethat dope. And, now? Well, it’s on to the next one!
The “next one” to get excited about when it comes to Jordans doesn’t stray very far from the last one, though. In fact, it’s the “Concords” all over again! Wait, what? Yes, that’s right. It looks like the Jordan Brand is going to be releasing the AJ 11 “Concords” again—but, this time, you’ll be able to get a low version of them, the Air Jordan Low 11 “Concord.” Already, Michael Jordan himself has been spotted in a pair of them and the sneaker blogs have gone absolutely nuts speculating about whether or not they will actually drop.
If the Low “Concords” do drop, they could sell out even more quickly than the AJ 11 “Concords.” But, do you think it’s worth Nike’s time and effort to mass produce them? Or, should they focus on putting out other Jordan sneakers that haven’t been released in retro form recently? I’d say they might as well ride the wave that the release of the “Concords” has brought and get low. But, would you buy them now, especially after scooping up the mids today? That is the question.
