Throughout the years there has been a whole lot of rumors about whether or not Katie Holmes had plastic surgery, more specifically a nose job.While her nose does appear to be more defined and pointy in this before and after picture, i don't think I'm totally sold on the idea of plastic surgery.
Doesn't the human nose grow throughout our entire life? Or is it just the ears? I can never remember...
