Brad Pitt, Javier Bardem, Jeremy Renner Up for 'Counselor' Villain Role

Brad Pitt, Javier Bardem, andJeremy Renner are among Hollywood’s leading men being considered to play the villain in the upcoming thriller The Counselor!

Deadline reports that Brad may not be available for the project but that his name has been brought up for the role.

Michael Fassbender will star in the Ridley Scott directed film, which was written by Cormac McCarthy.

IndieWire explains, “The script is said to be an amped up No Country For Old Men-esque tale that follows a lawyer who naively gets involved in the drug trade and finds himself caught up in a desperate situation”.

Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt: 'Blood & Honey' Paris Premiere!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt arrive at the premiere of In the Land of Blood and Honey on Thursday (February 16) in Paris, France.

The 36-year-old actress stepped out in aRalph & Russo dress with Lorraine Schwartz earrings and Jimmy Chooshoes, while Brad, 48, suited up inGucci.

“I wanted people across the world to watch this movie and say, ‘That is a family like mine, that is a mother like me.’ So when they see a headline that says a bomb went off in Aleppo [in Syria] they think of the characters in this film and they think they are related to them and they maybe feel that much more invested,” Angelina recently told the Associated Press about the drama.

“This film has taught me to love film again because I see what film can do … and I am re-inspired because I was not feeling very inspired as an actress. I was feeling very disheartened,” she added.

The couple, reportedly en route to Zagreb, Croatia, premiered Angie‘s new film, In the Land of Blood and Honey, on Tuesday night in Sarajevo – and the movie ended to a standing ovation!

Angelina Jolie enjoys a day out with her 3-year-old twins, Knox andVivienne, on Monday (February 27) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 36-year-old actress went shopping at a clothing store and was joined by partner Brad Pitt‘s mom, Jane.

Angelina recently shared that she andBrad may be ready to make another movie together after 2005′s Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

“We’re talking about it. We have an idea,” she told E! Online on the red carpet at the Oscars.

Angelina was memorably described as “Oh god who’s the other one?” by Kate Winslet, who narrowly beat her to an Oscar in 2009. So for Kate’s sake let us summarise:

Angelina hasn’t always been the earth mother and better half of Brangelina. Once upon a Hollywood Angelina was the wife of Billy Bob Thornton and fantasy of teenage boys across the land as star of the Tomb Raider films. A year later the couple adopted an orphan from Cambodia called Maddox. However the couple drifted apart and Angelina filed for divorce in 2002.
