Dam 99





Sohan Roy, director of Hollywood film 'Dam-999' which was released a week back all over world said on Wednesday that he had moved to Supreme Court challenging the film's ban in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu Govt banned screening of the film accusing it of taking a pro Kerala stand on old Mullaperiyar Dam which has been a bone of contention between the two neighboring states. While Kerala is pitching for New Dam replacing the old one TN says the existing one is safe. 'Dam-999' made on worldwide calamities due to collapse of dams in Brazil, China and other countries touches on the miseries of people.
